菌落計(jì)數(shù)器概述

     J-2出口型菌落計(jì)數(shù)器是一種數(shù)字顯示式半自動(dòng)細(xì)菌檢驗(yàn)儀器。由計(jì)數(shù)器、探筆、計(jì)數(shù)池等部分組成。計(jì)數(shù)器采用CMOS集成電路設(shè)計(jì)制造。黑色縱深背景式記數(shù)池內(nèi)，采用節(jié)能環(huán)形熒光燈側(cè)射照明，菌落對比清楚。按照細(xì)菌計(jì)數(shù)檢驗(yàn)規(guī)程規(guī)定，儀器顯示器設(shè)計(jì)為三位數(shù)，當(dāng)一只培養(yǎng)皿中菌落生長數(shù)超過300個(gè)時(shí)，應(yīng)將檢驗(yàn)樣品稀釋重作，以保證計(jì)數(shù)的準(zhǔn)確性。本儀器可減輕實(shí)驗(yàn)人員的勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度,提高工效和工作質(zhì)量。產(chǎn)品廣泛用于食品、飲料、藥品、生物制品、衛(wèi)生用品、飲用水、工業(yè)廢水、臨床標(biāo)本中細(xì)菌數(shù)的檢驗(yàn)。是各級衛(wèi)生防疫站、環(huán)境監(jiān)測站、食品衛(wèi)生監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)所、醫(yī)院、生物制品所、藥檢所、食品廠、日化廠及大專院校、科研單位實(shí)驗(yàn)室的*儀器。

使用方法

　　a. 接通電源，撥動(dòng)開關(guān)計(jì)數(shù)池內(nèi)燈亮，顯示屏顯示“001”， 將探筆插頭插入儀器的插孔內(nèi)，按下“復(fù)位”鍵調(diào)零使儀器進(jìn)入工作狀態(tài)。

b. 放入待檢培養(yǎng)皿。

c. 用探筆在培養(yǎng)皿底面對所有的菌落逐個(gè)點(diǎn)數(shù)。此時(shí)，菌落處被標(biāo)上顏色，蜂鳴器發(fā)生鳴叫，表示計(jì)數(shù)有效。顯示屏內(nèi)數(shù)字自動(dòng)累加。

d. 用放大鏡仔細(xì)檢查，確認(rèn)點(diǎn)數(shù)無遺漏，計(jì)數(shù)即已完畢。（如有遺漏，可用“手動(dòng)” 計(jì)數(shù)按鍵補(bǔ)計(jì)。）

e. 顯示屏內(nèi)的數(shù)字即為該培養(yǎng)皿的菌落數(shù)。

f. 記錄數(shù)字后取出培養(yǎng)皿。按“復(fù)位”鍵，顯示屏進(jìn)入初始狀態(tài)。

注意事項(xiàng)

1. 儀器應(yīng)放置在平整牢固的臺面上使用。

　　b. 點(diǎn)數(shù)菌落時(shí)，探筆不要過于傾斜,輕輕點(diǎn)下至有彈跳感時(shí)，數(shù)字即被輸入。

　　c. 儀器應(yīng)防潮、防劇烈震動(dòng)、防直接日光曝曬、防酸堿侵蝕,用后應(yīng)加防塵罩。

d. 注意防止細(xì)菌培養(yǎng)物污染計(jì)數(shù)池。

 e. 儀器及探筆均不能隨意拆卸。若發(fā)現(xiàn)故障，應(yīng)請有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的技術(shù)人員檢修。

General Description

This Colony Meter is a semi-automatic digital displayer for counting the germs, which consists of counter, sensor, counting cell etc. The counter is made of CMOS integrated electric. In the black longitudinal background counting cell, a circular fluorescent lamp is used for side lighting, which can give a clear colony comparing. The monitor is designed as three-figure number according to the requirement for bacterial counting SOP. When the colony in one culture plate is over 300, dilute the sample and redo the operation in order to ensure the accuracy of the counting. This instrument can reduce the labour of the operator, enhance the efficiency and working quality, which can be widely used in the field of foodstuff, beverage, drugs, biological products, sanitary utilities, drinking water, industrial waste water and clinical sample. It is a necessary instrument for all levels of health and epidemic prevention stations, environmental monitoring stations, food sanitary supervision organizations, hospitals, biological products manufacturers, medicine inspection stations, foodstuff companies, chemical industry, institutions, and research centres.

2.Instructions

1、Connect the power, open the lamp in the counting cell when the monitor shows“001”, insert the sensor and push the “reset” key.

2、Put the sample into culture plate.

3、Count the colony in the plate with the sensor one by one. At this time, the colony is coloured and buzzer sounds which means the counting is ok. On the monitor, the numbers are added automatically.

Check with magnifier to ensure the counting is correct.(if some is lost, use the “check” key to add it to.)

4、The last number in the monitor is the colony in the plate.

5、After the operation, please take out the culture plate. Push the “reset” key and the monitor return to original state.

3.Notice

1  The instrument should be put on a fixed and stable operation table with smooth face.

2  When counting the colony, the sensor should not be over leaned. With a slight touch to a sense of elastic, the number is input.

1. Far from the humidity, severe shock, strong sunshine, acids and alkali. A dust cover is necessary.
   1. Prevent the culture media from contaminating the counting cell. 
   2. The instrument and the sensor should not be dismantled at random. If the trouble occurs, please ask the experienced technician for repairing.
