一般描述

產(chǎn)品是來自用高度純化的人補(bǔ)體蛋白免疫的山羊的完整多克隆抗血清。該產(chǎn)品不是純化的IgG部分。山羊在FDA認(rèn)證的設(shè)施中維護(hù)。

物理特性和結(jié)構(gòu)

存在于抗血清中的抗體主要是IgG。

應(yīng)用

蛋白質(zhì)印跡：根據(jù)條件有效稀釋1 / 16,000至1 / 32,000。注意：對抗非還原抗原有效。

ELISA：根據(jù)條件有效稀釋1 / 32,000至1 / 64,000。

免疫擴(kuò)散：對1/32稀釋度的NHS和血漿有效

僅供研究使用。

不適用于人類或藥物使用。
