描述

Cyligen開發(fā)了一種適用于培養(yǎng)和/或冷凍從小鼠血液富集的人原代腫瘤細胞的新技術(shù)和相關(guān)產(chǎn)品。使用SEM系列減法富集產(chǎn)物濃縮保存在含有特殊抗凝血劑（FCM-001）的試劑中的小鼠血液樣品中的腫瘤細胞。富集的無低滲損傷的腫瘤細胞立即加入以下特殊細胞培養(yǎng)基中用于原代腫瘤細胞培養(yǎng)。人類原發(fā)腫瘤細胞被選擇生長更多，而小鼠造血細胞（如WBC）將在細胞培養(yǎng)過程中逐漸耗盡。培養(yǎng)的原代腫瘤細胞可用于冷凍FCM-001產(chǎn)品中提供的特殊原代細胞冷凍培養(yǎng)基或下游生物學和遺傳分析。

如果立即需要冷凍腫瘤細胞而不是細胞培養(yǎng)物，可以使用FCM-001產(chǎn)品中提供的試劑處理小鼠血液樣品，然后在適用于原發(fā)性腫瘤細胞（FCM-001）的特殊冷凍介質(zhì)中冷凍。然而，在進一步原發(fā)腫瘤細胞培養(yǎng)或下游生物學和遺傳分析等之前，必須在解凍的細胞上進行富集（SEM系列產(chǎn)物）。

選擇1：與抗凝劑（FCM-001） - 富集（SEM產(chǎn)物） - 原代腫瘤細胞培養(yǎng)物（FCH-002）混合的樣品

- 下游分析或冷凍（FCM-001）。

選擇2：與抗凝血劑混合的樣品（FCM-001） - 加工（FCM-001） - 冷凍（FCM-001） - 融化和

富集（FCH-003產(chǎn)品） - 細胞培養(yǎng)（FCH-002） - 下游分析。
